In this workshop you’ll work on your center/core. The turnpatterns will be of moderate difficulty. You will dance the cha-cha-cha in the cross body style (follower dance on a line) – and on2.
Requirements:
It’s a necessity that you are familiar with the basic rythm and steps of the cha-cha-cha.
Bring a yoga mat or a blanket for floor exercises – and shoes for indoor use. Dress so you are able to both do exercises on the floor and to dance.
