Det glæder os, at vi igen kan invitere dig til denne workshop. Sammen med Johan Bysell og hans smukke improvisatoriske musik samt de 5Rytmer, vil vi kreere ‘a sacred space’ og en workshop, hvor vi vil danse dybt på det smukke Strandgården Retreat og i naturen omkring stedet, såsom stranden og haven.

Indhold:
En af de smukkeste måder at fordybe vores dans og åbne vores hjerte, er at danse til levende musik spillet improvisatorisk, bruge naturen som vores dansepartner og være sammen i et retreat.
Johan og jeg vil arbejde sammen, guide med ord og musik, både levende musik og ‘min’ musik ind i forfinede og intense men også kraftfulde dance, som vil grounde vores hjerte og krop. I denne åbenhed vil vi ’empower’ vores væren og rumme både vores sårbarhed, vores styrke og kærlighed.
Vi vil bruge naturen omkring os, vi vil bruge vores fællesskab og vi vil være sammen i stilhed.
Vi inviterer dig til at tage med på denne rejse, udforske relationen mellem hjerte, krop, musik, enhed og natur.
Musikken bliver spillet af Johan Bysell, som spiller piano, guitar, trommer og andre instrumenter.

I am so happy to invite you for this workshop. Together with Johan Bysell and his beautiful improvisatoric live music and the map of the 5Rhythms together we will create a sacred space and a workshop of deep dancing in the beautiful venue of Strandgaarden Retreat and surroundings like the beach and garden.
It is a workshop, where we will sleep in the venue and eat together for the whole weekend – to open up to the atmosphere of a dancing retreat.
Content:
One of the most beautiful ways to deepen our dance and open our heart, is to dance with live music played improvisatoric, using nature as our dance partner and staying together in a retreat.
Johan and I will work together guiding you with words and music, both live music and ‘my’ music, into soft and intense but also strong dances, which will embody our heart and bodies. In this openness we will empower our being to hold both our vulnerability, our strength and love.
We will use the nature around us, we will be in unity and we will be in stillness.
We invite you to join us in this journey, exploring the relationship between our heart and body, music, unity and nature.
Music played by Johan Bysell, who plays piano, guitar, drums and other instruments.
