Dans 5Rytmer og juleafslutning med Birgitte Rasmussen.
Vi danser på tirsdag 20. december kl. 18.30 og jeg glæder mig så meget til at danse med dig. Jeg har også lidt julesødt med til os.

Jeg byder dig velkommen til en aften med 5Rytmer og en dans fyldt med livsglæde i forening med alt det, der rør sig inden i os lige nu i efterårslyset, uanset hvad det er, får det plads og udtryk. Vi lader den indre bevægelse vokse og udfolde sig igennem rytmerne flow, staccato, kaos, lyrisk og stilhed.

Billetpris: Pris 150 kr (130 kr, hvis du er på overførselsindkomst, pensionist eller fuldtids studerende).
Medbring vandflaske og let tøj lag på lag. De fleste danser i bare tæer, du kan også bruge en let dansesko.

We will dance Tuesday, December the 20th – and I am looking forward so much to dance with you.
Buy your ticket at the door in cash or mobile pay 412017 (Dans5Rytmer). You do not need to sign up, just come and buy your ticket at the door.
I welcome you to a night with joy and depth and moving with the 5Rhythms. We will dance whatever moves inside us, what so ever we will bring into the dance and let the inner movement grow and unfold all we are through the Rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.
Price for the dance 150 Danish Crowns (130 Danish crowns if you are unemployed, on pension or fulltime student.) You buy your ticket at the door.
Bring a bottle for water to drink and light clothes in layers. Most dancers dance with bare feet, or you can bring a light dance shoe.
Teacher: Birgitte Rasmussen, 5Rhythms teacher in waves since 2008 certified by Gabrielle Roth, and 5Rhythms teacher in Heartbeat since May 2022, certified by Jonathan Horan.
