ABOUT THE DANCE CLASS
I am teaching a ladies styling class for beginners, where I am going to teach you basic salsa steps and ladies styling fundamentals, such as turns, hands position, simple combinations and body movement.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Wear something you feel comfortable in. Heels or sneakers is up to you. I recommend bringing a water bottle too.
WHO IS THIS CLASS FOR
This class is for both women who have some dance experience and complete beginners in Latin dance. The goal here is to have fun and explore your femininity trough salsa dancing.
WHAT IS LADIES STYLING
Ladies styling occurs in Latin dance both salsa and bachata and refers to the sophisticated and elegant moves that the female dancer makes. This style is more about how to flow with the rhythm and develop moves that are all about you.
WHAT IS THE GOAL
I believe dancing is freedom, a way of expressing yourself and a sort of active meditation for you mind, body and spirit. My goal is to make you feel more connected and comfortable with your body and your feminine expression. And of course to have some fun, because dancing is all about enjoying the moment. ABOUT ME
My name is Stefani, i am originally from Bulgaria, but have lived in Denmark for many years. I have always loved dancing, and I am trained in classic and modern ballet, ballroom dancing, salsa, dancehall and hip hop. Dancing is my passion and it’s a big part of my personality. I believe that everyone can dance, we just need to allow our self to trust our body and stop listening to the limits of our mind. So I am looking forward to expand your mind and stretch your body! ❤
