We are double beings, with on one side, an ego and an individual that feels threatened, in competition and separate from everything and everyone…
On the other side, a soul that is connected, unified and in harmony with everything and whole the universe.
The field, tension and the dialogue between these 2 extremes defines who we are in our daily life.
In this approach to The 5 Rhythms we work with this field between awareness and focused attention. Where total devotion to ecstatic & uncensored dance opens to the universal spaciousness and silence that our souls long so deeply for.

Annette Uhlemann
5Rhythms Teacher 2005, Heartbeat Training 2017 & board member of 5Rhythms ReachOut.
Cultural Studies & Art at Uni. Hildesheim, Body therapist and goldsmith.
12 years with the 5Rhythms in rehabilitation, at Aarhus Uni. Hospital and participated in several research projects about cancer and movement. Last 7 years also worked with mentally vulnerable and people with eating- and self-harm disorders.
Paints pictures and do research in art and ritual theater as a therapeutic tool.

Jan Redsted
5Rhythms Teacher 2005, Psychotherapist and Diploma in Psychiatry. Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider (PATP) at Integrative Psychiatry Institute (USA)
Assisted Jonathan Horan on Mirrors and Naked Soul since 2016. Practiced the 5 Rhythms since 1998. Also 5 years with: “Men and cancer” in The Danish Cancer Assosiation. Born and raised in Vejle.

Prerequisite: We recommend that you have been taught by different certified 5Rhythms teachers and participated in at least 3 of our waves evenings.
The workshop counts as required workshop for 5Rhythms Teachers Training or the deeper 5Rhythms workshops such as Cycles, Naked Soul & Mirrors

We have limited spaces and registration is valid with the date of payment!
The registrations will be considered in the order of the incoming payment.
Cancellation Policy
If a participant wants cancel their registration 3 weeks before the event, they will receive a full refund.
2 weeks before event minus a 25 % processing fee.
1 week before refund is subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee.
If a participant does not show up for the workshop without communicating, their registration payment will not be refunded.
