Dansekalender for Aarhus

The drop-in class will an introduction to zouk aimed at newcomers. But it will also be relevant for former zouk-dancers, who want to restart their zouk.
So bring your friends to this class, so they can get a taste of zouk.

Program:
19.00-20.00: Drop-in undervisning introduktion til zouk for nybegyndere Morten.
20.00-22.00: Fri træning og dans.

Sted: Folkestedet, Lokale 1.4. (på første sal). Ring evt. på klokken ved vores seddel på yderdøren.

Pris: Gratis.

Following in Zouk is such a great feeling, that leaders many times envy us :-). There is a lot as a follower we can work on to make our dance more of a emotional communication than just a physical exercise. This is what distinguishes Zouk from many other dances for me. I like you to Join me on the three sessions of full follower technique, to become a better communicator in Zouk.

Critical elements for creating the flow. How to be both light and grounded.

13/6. Footwork and turns:
Work on Brazilian style footwork with hips. Work on turns with head included.

20/6. Follower styling and creativity:
How to style and when to style. How to adjust and create room for your creative leader and creative you.
