This gathering is meant as a heart-opening practice — an opening toward both ourselves and the world around us.

There are many ways to find genuine connection: some write, some paint, some make music, some dance. In this ceremony, we choose movement as our language.

Supported by cacao, you are invited to let go of thinking and enter the intelligence of the body.

As we move through space together, we allow parts of ourselves to emerge that often remain unheard or forgotten. We may spin, pause, meet, or simply be — in silence or in joyful expression — allowing our creative, emotional, and physical bodies to realign and flow.

This ceremony will be the last cacao & clubbing gathering of the winter season. After this evening on Friday the space will rest and integrate, and we will meet again in mid April. If you feel called to drink cacao and move in community before the season turns, this is a beautiful moment to join.
