Vi dykker ned i en dybere udforskning af de 5Rytmer og deres anatomi.
Med denne intensive ramme inviterer vi tryghed, tid og omhyggelighed ind, så der bliver plads til at du kan give dig selv lov til at tillade mere af det, der vil bevæges, mærkes og udtrykkes.
Vi befinder os stadig i vinterens cyklus – en god tid til at tage vare på forbindelsen til egenomsorg og nære dig selv, inden foråret kommer.

Ingen forudgående erfaring nødvendigt. Kom som du er og dans og sved dine bønner.

Afbestilling af workshops:
Beløbet refunderes op til 14 dage fra startdatoen, minus 10% til administration. Ved afbestilling op til 7 dage før kursusstart refunderes halvdelen af beløbet minus et administrationsgebyr på 10%. Herefter refunderes beløbet ikke. Pladsen kan overdrages til en anden.

We dive into a deeper exploration of the 5Rhythms and their anatomy.
Within this intensive container, we invite safety, time, and care, creating space for you to give yourself permission to allow more of what wants to be moved, felt, and expressed.

We are still within the cycle of winter — a good time to tend to self-care and nourish yourself before spring arrives.

No previous experience is necessary. Come as you are, and dance and sweat your prayers.

When: Saturday, February 7 · 12:30–5:30 pm

Price: 750 DKK incl. VAT / 102 EUR

The workshop counts as 4.5 hours of Waves toward the Teachers Training.

Cancellations for Workshops:
The amount is refunded up to 14 days from the start date, minus 10% for administration. If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, half of the amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of 10%. After this, the amount will not be refunded. The space can be passed on to someone else.
