During this 50-minute workshop, you’ll dive into a seductive and bold choreography with a commercial attitude. This workshop blends feminine energy with powerful sharp movements. Side effects include a boost in self-confidence, embracing your sensuality – and, of course, lots of fun. Feel free to bring knee pads, dress up, and wear heels – although socks are just as welcome.

For this exclusive POP UP workshop, we are thrilled to welcome Ilona Sak — an internationally experienced dancer, performer, and dance teacher from Poland. With a background in classical ballet, competitive ballroom, Latin, contemporary, Heels, and commercial dance, Ilona has trained and performed across the World.
Known for her versatility, strong technique, and expressive style, she brings together elegance, power, musicality, and stage presence in every class. Her workshops combine professionalism, creativity, and passion, inspiring dancers to grow both technically and artistically.
