💫 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐈𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
In this open level solo class, we’ll explore the foundations of body movement and learn how to isolate different parts of the body with 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 and 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

We’ll work with:
✨ body isolations
✨ movement technique
✨ coordination
✨ body awareness
✨ fluidity and control

🎶 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲
In this open level solo class, we’ll work with a small, simple choreography and explore how it can feel completely different depending on the 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 and its 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲.

We’ll play with:

👩‍🏫 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬?

💜 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐚, based in Odense, is passionate about fusion-, traditional bachata and musicality. After earning a Bachata Fusion Musicality teaching certification in France, she has been helping dancers through her classes to connect deeply with the music, master the basics, and find their own unique rhythm.

💙 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚, based in Aarhus, has been teaching bachata for the past four years. She started dancing SBK in 2012 and fell in love with the music and social dance culture. Her teaching focuses on body awareness, technique, and using both, traditional and sensual bachata styles.
