Instructor bio
Tom-Elbin Bendheim
Tom-Elbin began his West Coast Swing journey in 2015 after previous experience with dances such as bachata and lindy hop. Today, he competes in the All-Star division and continues to develop his personal expression through experience, reflection, and exploration of movement and music.

Tom-Elbin has a strong interest in technique, musicality, and movement quality.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Training and Performance from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, Tom-Elbin has a solid understanding of biomechanics and human movement, which he actively incorporates into his teaching. He is passionate about making complex concepts easy to understand, while keeping his classes playful, inspiring, and full of the joy of dancing.

My Hanh Tu
My fell in love with West Coast Swing in 2014 and has been an active part of the community ever since. Over the years, she has developed her skills through training, teaching, and competing. She competes in the All Star division.

My focuses on connection, musicality and harmonious movement. She enjoys finding small adjustments that can make a big difference, looking for smart and accessible ways to improve movement. She loves creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where dancers can challenge themselves, find confidence, have fun, and grow both technically and socially.
